Join Junk Jodie and Jenny on a journey through the Amazon rainforest. Learn how we can protect the trees and the animals homes, as well as the benefits that the trees and the Amazon rainforest provide for the planet. This interactive storytelling show includes songs and dancing and is designed to inspire you to create toys from junk and bring them to life with your imagination.
‘Tree-TASTIC’ is a storytelling adventure into the Amazon Rainforest, following the story of Jenny Jaguar, made from a plastic bottle, as she explores on an adventure through the Amazon Rainforest. Along the way, she experiences the deforestation. Jenny Jaguar goes on a mission meeting various recycled Amazon animals, including Sally Sloth, Terry Toucan and Ally Anaconda.
Together, they draw attention to the importance of protecting the Amazon rainforest and what we can do to help. This educational and entertaining show aims to stimulate children’s imagination, showcasing what can be created using recycled materials and how they can bring them to life through their imagination and creativity.
The show includes sing-along songs, rhymes, dances, and finishes with a short craft activity.
